Sacred Anointing Ritual: We begin with a simple, heart-opening ritual to prepare you to receive the blessings and energies of the evening.
Opening Intention and Sharing: You will have an opportunity to set a sacred intention for the ceremony and share briefly if you wish.
Meditation: A blend of passive and guided meditation will guide you into a deep connection with your essence and the divine light within, allowing insight, healing, and growth to unfold naturally.
Reflective Journaling: You will receive journaling prompts to help process insights and experiences during the ceremony.
Ceremonial Bundle: You will receive a bundle with sacred herbs, symbolic stories, and allies to support your continued journey.
Healing Sounds: Sacred sound has the power to shift and align vibrations within us. Each ceremony will feature intuitively selected sound tools—such as harp, flute, singing bowls, or other instruments—to enhance the experience. Participants may also be invited to join in the co-creation of sacred sound.
Intention Setting for Continued Growth: Intentions set during the ceremony help guide your journey of transformation and empowerment throughout the month.

These burdens, whether directed at others or ourselves, can weigh down our energy, dull our inner light, and lower our vibration.
Forgiveness is a profound act of liberation. It does not mean forgetting or excusing harm. Instead, it is a way to free yourself from the heaviness of negative feelings. As the Dalai Lama teaches:
"Forgiveness does not mean forgetting what has been done; it means freeing yourself from the burden of negative feelings."
Through the sacred act of forgiveness, we allow ourselves to release that weight and open to a lighter, higher vibration, creating space for transformation and clarity.

Through sacred sound, meditative practices, and journaling, you will reconnect with unconditional love and compassion within you.
